• All goods will be packed, inspected, and labeled in our warehouse or factory.
• Most metal products will be coated with anti-rust oil that lasts up to 2 years, and then placed in cartons or plastic bags before being packed into a strong, seaworthy wooden case.
• If fumigation is required, we can provide a fumigation certificate for the packaging, or you may choose non-solid-wood packaging.
• Heavy Equipment Supply can help customers put their own labels on each package in order to better prepare them for market, which will also reduce customers’ packing costs and labor costs.

• In general, after we receive a customer’s drawings or samples, within 1 week, we will provide a quote, and within 45 days* the prototype sample will be ready.

Manufacturing Capability

Military based factory specialized in production of gear box and related products. Founded in 1965, the factory is located in Xinning, west of China, covering the floor space of 104,000 square meters, having 530 staff and 5 production plants, and owning main production equipment 582 sets. There are 44 sets of large and imported equipment, 99 sets of gear machining equipment, heat equipment, and related testing and inspection equipment.

The maximum manufacturing ability for straight gear diameter is 2 meters and 20 modules, for gear with curved teeth is 0.85 meter and 16 modules.
